As a Christ follower we are often told to follow Gods path and do His will for our life. Many people know their plan and instantly jump into what they believe is Gods plan for their life. Then they jump right into action. Like in volleyball, you see a ball coming to your side of the net and run to it no matter where you positioned, but also in volleyball, when you move, you leave a spot open for the volleyball to fall. Sometimes if you hadn’t moved, the volley ball would have been hit, but instead you missed it and have to wait on another serve. So back on Jesus, people who instantly jump into action and aren’t aware if Gods plan for their life might miss it when the are unaware of the volley ball coming their way. If you stay where you are and do Gods will where you are, your plan may appear. Instead of waiting on God to serve you another milestone for you to follow His will.
Not all Christians who say they are know for sure if they really are a real saved Christian, do not see a professed Christian at church or school and think, “I don’t want to be a Christian if Christians act THAT way…” think along the lines of, “when I’m saved I know I’ll be living forever with my one true God, the savior and Lover of my soul.
As a preachers kid, I hear a lot of things that aren’t repeated and ignore many things as well. I get pressured way more than any other person I ever met, on the outside I’m a well put Christian Perfect little child, but why on the inside do I feel like a big bank full of secrets and issues, I don’t know everything and can’t fix your problem, if you wanna be my friend then fine, if not… God bless and love you, have a nice life.
I see people join church leave church, I see drama from both sides of the story, I hear language from Christians who shouldn’t be, I know things that no one should ever know, I’ve heard lies that I knew from the beginning were not true. I find things out unintencealy. And I haven’t even gone to school yet…
Some things are better done then said, some things are better unsaid, some things aren’t for me nor you, some things are unlikeable, but fitting all plays out in the end… As for me, I can only do this through Christ. Sometimes it’s easier to be quiet in the background then to talk it out. Sometimes a cry for help is never heard…. yet is set free and flows through the universe.
